Geometric Design and Technology Inc. has extensive experience in inspection design, and manufacture of your most complex dimensional fixtures and gauges. We can work with tolerances as close as 0.0001 of an inch. Our design team can usually come up with a fixture or gauge concept within a few business days. For your dimensional fixturing, gauging and programing needs we will prove out the measurement process by running gauge repeatability and reproducibility studies. All of your gauging needs will come with a letter of certification/calibration.
Geometric Design and Technology, Inc. will take full responsibility of your dimensional inspection fixtures and gauging requirements. Being A2LA accredited to ISO 17025 will insure you that your dimensional fixturing, gauging, and programming needs will meet your in house requirements.
